Organising a party is simpler when the first message already contains the essentials. You don't need to have everything decided: a few fixed points are enough.
The four things that matter
- **The date**, or two or three alternatives if you are flexible.
- **The estimated number of guests**, even approximate, separating adults and children.
- **The occasion**: birthday, eighteenth, communion, anniversary, family celebration.
- **A contact** we can call you back on: a phone number, and optionally an email.
What to add if you already have it in mind
If you have a specific space in mind, say so: the ground floor with the play areas, or the events room upstairs. If you have a particular need to assess together, write it in the notes: we look at it case by case and tell you clearly what is possible.
What we confirm
Availability, times and how the day is organised are confirmed when we get in touch: the request sent from the site is there to start the conversation. If you prefer to see the spaces before deciding, you can ask for a room visit.
