This page describes how the data you send through the request forms on this site is handled.
Document to be completed: the identifying details of the data controller (company name, registered office, VAT number and a contact for exercising your rights) must be added before publication.
What we collect
Only what you write in the forms: name, phone, email if you add it, notes and the details of the request (type of request, date, number of people). We also record the date and time of the submission, the site language and the page you came from.
Why we use it
To answer your request and organise a table, event, visit or application. No commercial consent is needed to receive an answer.
Marketing
We do not send commercial communications and there are no pre-ticked marketing consents on this site.
Where it is stored
Requests are saved in the site database and are accessible only to authorised restaurant staff. They are not publicly readable.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of the data you sent by writing to ristoranteparadiseroma@gmail.com.
